Cutter and Grinder’s traditional sharpening methods, experience and attention to detail have seen some of Brighton’s top chefs entrust the tools of their trade to us, and we have delivered. We apply the same philosophy and commitment to our knife and scissor sharpening as we do to our haircuts, and the results speak for themselves. Our commitments are to precision and a mastery of traditional technique. This involves using a traditional dry whetstone that focuses on sharpening the cutting edge of the blade, protecting and preserving your knife or scissors, and leaving them sharp for up to 12 months at a time.
